Thanks for the info mate! I've been giving my wife 100mg a night of 5HTP as a sleep hack but I think will lower the dose to 50mg and as of tomorrow cycle her off it. Will stick to a decent dose of Magnesium bisglycinate for her as a sole sleep hack
